It's for an MS thesis at NUST, measuring how the contractual knowledge of professionals affects contract administration and project performance on FIDIC-administered projects. 1) Who it's for: anyone who has handled notices, claims, variations, extensions of time or payment certification on a FIDIC project that has reached completion.
