Completed an industrial internship in the Production Department at Cherat Cement Company Limited, gaining practical exposure to cement manufacturing, raw material crushing, VRM grinding, kiln and preheater operations, clinker production, and packing. Studied key process parameters including LSF, SM and AM, while developing knowledge of industrial safety, process monitoring, equipment operation, and production practices.
Working as a Graduate Trainee Engineer in the Metering & Operations Department at SNGPL West Lahore, gaining practical exposure to gas metering, EVC meter replacement, SCADA monitoring, UFG analysis, CMS programs, and field operations. Responsibilities include meter inspections, alarm monitoring, consumer data verification, and field visits, with emphasis on operational safety, accuracy, and efficient gas distribution.
Developed a project on the production of biofuel from plastic waste through pyrolysis, focusing on polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS). Studied the pyrolysis process, feed preparation, reactor operation, product separation, and fuel recovery. The project explored the conversion of plastic waste into useful fuel products while addressing plastic waste management, energy recovery, process efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
Completed an internship at HTL (ZIC) Station, Azakhel Nowshera, in the Operations Department, gaining practical exposure to oil marketing operations, lubricant handling, storage, dispensing, inventory management, and safety procedures. Developed understanding of petroleum products, station operations, quality practices, customer handling, and workplace safety while gaining valuable industrial experience.
Completed an internship at PCSIR Peshawar in the Particulate Technology Laboratory, gaining practical exposure to laboratory operations, material characterization, particulate processing, experimental procedures, and technical analysis. Developed skills in laboratory safety, equipment handling, data interpretation, research methodology, and technical documentation, while applying chemical engineering concepts to practical industrial and research applications.
