I am an experienced professional in Contract and Commercial Management. I have lead teams of Quantity Surveyors and collaborated in identifying, developing and implementing strategies to drive efficiency from Project inception through delivery for all stakeholders. A team player with local (UK) and international experience of various procurement routes including EPC, FIDIC, JCT, NEC3 and other bespoke forms of Contracts for design, construction and consultancy Works. Also experienced in developing change/variations and claims management strategies, its implementation for successful closeout / agreement through negotiations or ADR process including Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB).
