This project involve the investigation of a fusing machine into the back pocket pressing process. Replacing manual back pocket pressing with a fusing machine will significantly streamline the process, enhance product consistency, and reduce production costs in the long term.

Textile waste water treatment and color removal by using sugarcane bagasse fiber as an adsorbent

One of the adsorbents which is used for color removal from the effluent is sugarcane bagasse. Sugar cane bagasse ash, an agricultural by-product, acts as an effective adsorbent. Batch adsorption study was investigated for the removal of dye content from aqueous solution. Adsorbents are very efficient in decolorized diluted solution.
